Whether you’re a tennis or golf enthusiast, a family seeking lasting memories, or friends on a getaway, this beach house offers an unforgettable escape.

It features three king bedrooms (two full primary king suites), a bedroom with two queens, plus a bunkroom with four queen over-under bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the privacy of each bedroom having a private bathroom. It also has an open den-kitchen with a spacious eight-seat dining table, and five barstools for dining. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances and is complemented by a game room with a pool table and Ping-Pong table, along with a wet bar, drink cooler, and nine smart TVs throughout the house.

Enjoy grilling and entertaining outdoors on the private screened garden patio with a deluxe gas grill and TV. There is also a private two-car garage and ample parking for four cars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
