This gorgeous home on the second floor of Pine Ridge on the beach side of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort features 3 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms and is only minutes away from the beach.
This home features beautiful floors leading into the living room. Enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV while seated on the sectional sofa with remote controlled lights and ceiling fan. From the living room double doors open up to the large balcony with new patio table and chairs that will seat four and overlooks the Baytowne Golf Course.
With an open floor plan, the dining area is nestled just off the living area and has seating for seven with chic cushioned chairs and bench for comfort and style.
The large kitchen has updated counter-tops, wood cabinets and stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, also including a breakfast bar with additional seating for four.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and balcony access including views of the Golf Course. The large master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate glass walk in shower with a double vanity.
On the other side of the condo you will find the additional two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and a flat screen TV with a private bathroom that was a walk in shower and vanity. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and has its own private bath with an over-sized tub and vanity. This bedroom also has a private patio with seating for two.

*The home also offers a 4-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
