A large home to reconnect with your family and still enjoy your own personal getaway. The owners of this home come from a big family and love to all be together under one roof. They know the value of having your own space to unwind after playing all day. The Solace Beach House is the perfect home to create new memories with your family and still keep your balance.

THE SPACE

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

With three master suites, families can have their own privacy and personal getaway with their own full bathrooms, two more additional bunk rooms, and five balconies. The home sleeps 16 with an additional pack-n-play. The kids will have the time of their lives on their own 3rd floor with plenty of games and activities to keep them busy whenever you’re not at the pristine white sand beach or playing in the pool. The three floors allow for noise separation and much needed privacy for all guests.

And we want you to have the best night's sleep while staying at the Solace Beach House , so each bed has been replaced with top-of-the-line, deluxe mattresses that will envelop you in comfort. “We were absolutely blown away by this house. The way the bedrooms were set up were roomy even tho there were extra beds in the room. The sitting balconies off of each bedroom gave time to sit and reflect either late nights or early mornings. Plenty of parking and the beach is not a very far walk away. And even tho it doesn't have a private pool. The community pool is right next door so you can watch the kids from the front porch.” Kedar H.

LIVING SPACES:

Family time in the kitchen cooking together while enjoying great conversation is the best, right? Upon your arrival at the Solace Beach House, you will find the pantry and fridge stocked with all the ingredients to make our family favorite recipe of fresh chocolate chip cookies. Fill the home with the smell of warm cookies while you gather around the table and use the conversation starter cards to get to know things about each other you never knew.

And there is plenty of space to enjoy some beach-inspired cuisine with space for 12 at the dining room tables and an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. We love a good game night and the possibilities are endless with two full cupboards of board games, a chess/game table, Wii, Xbox, and...are you ready for this? A 32” screen infinity table is hidden within the coffee table in the upstairs family room. The table boasts 40+ of the best games, coloring books and infinite fun.

OUTDOORS:

Enjoy a large pool only a few steps from the home with your own entrance from the backyard. Watch over your family from any of the five decks, or look over the pond behind the home.

A 6-seater golf cart is available for guest use, so you'll definitely enjoy the short ride to the beach!

PARKING:
2 parking spaces are available in the driveway next to the golf cart. 5 additional free public spaces are available right in front of the home and additional public spaces are located a short walk down the street the the home is located on.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION

The home is in a beautiful gated community. Two community pools are available, one of which is located right next to the home. Guests will enjoy private beach access.

GETTING AROUND

A 6-seater golf cart is available for guests to drive to the beach & surrounding areas (35 mile/hour zones only). 

A signed agreement and waiver is required for use. The code to the key lockbox will be provided once the waiver is completed.

☞︎ Please note that an additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required and will be sent to you upon booking.

☞︎Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to pets and smoking is excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.

☞︎ You acknowledge that this home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels (sound is not recorded) and smoking, to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

☞︎Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One is located on the front of the home mounted to the left of the front door. Another is located near the side door entrance. Both cameras are outward facing and do not look into the interior of the home.
