This beach themed unit has a spacious front patio with plenty of comfortable seating. Entering the front door, the large living room has plenty of natural lighting and a large sectional sofa. The dinning room table seats a total of 6 and includes seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The unit also includes a full kitchen with a gas stove, a wine cooler as well as stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also includes plenty of pantry space. The half bath is located between the 1st and 2nd floor off the staircase landing.

Located on the second floor are two guest rooms as well as two full bathrooms. The first guest room has a twin bunk bed, and the second guest room has a king-sized bed. Each room has its own balcony entrance for your convenience! The master bedroom and bath make up the entire 3rd floor. With a king-sized bed, wood flooring and a private balcony, room is an absolute treat. The master bath is complete with his and her sinks as well as a large tub and walk-in shower. This unit is great for a family trip and is located right where all the entertainment and fun are!
