  • Newly remodeled single-family Beach Cottage is located in the beautiful Mainsail Gated Community. There is an Open Kitchen and Living Room with a separate Dining Room for everyone to gather. French Doors open to an Expanded Patio for relaxing and Outdoor Patio. Community Pool, BBQ, and an Open Grass Area for the kids to run and play while you sit on the patio. The Main Floor has a Master Bedroom and Master Bath for you to unwind and enjoy. The Main Floor also has an additional Guest Bathroom and Full Laundry Room. Upstairs has 3 Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom. Cottage 25 is steps away from the famous White Sand Beaches of the Gulf with no streets to cross....
