With a tranquil pond view, spacious back and front patios, two comfortable living areas (great room plus loft), and a 6-passenger golf cart, this fully updated townhome promises both relaxation and resort-style adventure - all 0.8 miles from the glistening Gulf (2 min. ride via golf cart). For your convenience, there are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella provided by the owner.

5149 Beachwalk is perfectly situated just steps from the neighborhood swimming pool (code access), and only a quick 2-minute golf cart ride from the beach. The villa is also just 2 miles from the lively Village of Baytowne Wharf, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For those who love to shop, Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard are only minutes away, ensuring you’re never far from the best retail therapy!

Step into a modern, open-concept living area designed for comfort and connection. The spacious living room features an oversized 85” smart TV, plush seating, and an L shaped queen sleeper sofa – perfect for family movie nights or mid-day naps. Enjoy the new bar area with beverage refrigerator to mix a nice cocktail or grab a beer. The fully updated kitchen (with 3 seat counter-height bar) is thoughtfully stocked and equipped with brand new to-ceiling cabinets, brand new modern stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or whip up a quick snack.

Our spacious villa offers two downstairs king suites, each beautifully decorated and equipped with brand new 65” smart TV’s. The primary king suite features a private en-suite bathroom (new shower and vanities), while the second downstairs king suite offers an en-suite bathroom (new tub/shower and vanities) with convenient hallway access. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious third primary king suite with brand new 65” smart TV, his and her closets, and a private bathroom (new shower and vanities with double sinks), as well as a cozy loft area featuring a queen sleeper sofa and gaming TV – ideal for kids, teens, or anyone needing a quiet space to relax or play. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located on the first floor.

Outside, guests can relax on the back spacious patio (table for 4 with an umbrella) while enjoying picturesque views of Horseshoe Lake, use the brand new gas grill, or try their hand at catch-and-release fishing just steps from the water’s edge. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
