Out stay was very good. Walkable distance to beach. Close to the outlet malls. House is very good with all the amenities that you name it. Highlight is the swimming pool. Plenty of bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

The property is amazing. Comfortable beds - linen clean and in great condition, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen (appropriate cooking and food prep materials). More than enough space for our family of 15. The only small complaint is we were celebrating Christmas (Dec 23-27) and the home was not decorated for the holidays. This created another expense for us since we had to order a tree and have it delivered. An inconvenience to us but worth it since our celebration is very important and traditional.

Fall breaknwith wife, son, and a host of his friends. House is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Bedrooms are all nice with comfy beds. Plenty of space, balconies, and fantastic roof top deck which everyone enjoyed during the evenings and sun set. The large kitchen and dinning room was perfect for cooking a serving large groups. Finally pool area is fantastic. Pool and hot tub are amazing with great water and light features. With a quick 100 yds to the beach this spot couldnt be better.
