- New owner & fresh updates! New floors, fresh paint, new mattresses and updated decor await you! 1 bed & 1 bath + built-in bunks makes this a perfect family getaway. Enjoy the white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf with private beach access across the street, plus the 2 on-site pools and hot tub!
The space:
3rd floor condo with vaulted ceilings in living area and private patio. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, built-in bunk beds in the hallway, plus sofa sleeper available.
Guest access:
Access 2 swimming pools + 1 jacuzzi on the property. Private beach access across the street. Multiple laundry rooms on each floor of the building. Parking lot available and BBQ grills on site for your use.
Other things to note:
This is a 3rd floor unit (top floor) and only has stair access so there will be 2 flights of stairs. (But no neighbors or noise from above, and vaulted ceilings!)
Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella not provided. Please bring your own!
