Blanc Bao features numerous upgrades, including a gas range, a fenced backyard, paintings from local artists, and more. A four-seat golf cart is provided for driving to the pool and private beach within the neighbourhood.

Home Layout - Sleeps 12:
1st Floor: Garage with golf cart, laundry room, kitchen, living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), Main Bedroom with king bed and bath (sleeps 2), half bath by entrance, fully fenced backyard entertaining area.
2nd Floor - Living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), Bunk room with full over full beds (sleeps 4), Bedroom with queen bed and balcony (sleeps 2), shared bathroom in the hallway.

The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. Parking is available on the neighbourhood streets from 8 AM - 10 PM. Please follow the neighbourhood signs for parking instructions.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

*The pool is heated in March, April, October, and November. Due to high summer temperatures, it is not heated from May to September.

Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Blanc Bao contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. The guest is responsible for purchasing more amenities if needed.

A 4-seat golf cart is provided and is only for use inside the neighbourhood. Driving it on the streets outside of the neighbourhood is not legal. However, we offer discounted prices for local attractions, street-legal golf carts, and bicycle rentals. Full details are provided within a welcome email containing all available options.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Please note before booking this property:

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $300 flat pet fee. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge of LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
