About this property

Beautifully Designed Villa across from the Beach! Chez La Vie sleeps 8!

  • Just across from the white sands and turquoise waters of Miramar Beach is a small, lovely, quiet community filled with palm trees and a gorgeous pool. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has two additional bunk beds in a nice room at the top of the stairs. The home is light, spacious and has four porches and balconies. One bedroom and bath are downstairs. All bathrooms are ensuite, and each bedroom has a porch or balcony. Steps to the most beautiful beach with a locked gate at beach entrance for exclusive use of Miramar Beach Villas. We have a baby gate on the stairs, a pack and play, and a highchair. There is a gas grill on the back porch and washer and dryer upstairs. The pool, the deck around the pool including chairs and tables, the parking lot, and common green spaces are all available for guests' use. We have two parking spaces, and there are extra guest spaces. We have plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. I have 4.9 stars on reviews on another platform.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return the pink parking passes to the blue check-in book on the kitchen counter. Please strip your beds and place sheets (leave mattress pads on beds) in a pile in the upstairs landing.
Also, please start a load of towels in the washing machine (there is laundry detergent under the sink in the upstairs guest bathroom). There are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink.
Please empty all trash (there's a dumpster onsite), and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home was bright and very clean, with a beachy vibe. It is right across the street from the beautiful beach, so you have less than a 5 minute walk. Super convenient. Miramar Beach is right next to Destin, so it's a bit quieter but still has plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. The Sandestin outlets were less than a 5 minute drive, and we took advantage of those after we checked out on the last day.

Great location and a beautiful home!

Everything was easy, safe, clean and roomy! The host was lovely and sent many suggestions along the way. Lots of beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and toys. Our family and friends had a wonderful visit! Would stay here again!
