Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

Gem of a property, wonderful owners

My family of 3 spent a week with our friends (also a family of 3) in Miramar Beach and couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was lovely, incredibly clean, and just what we had hoped for. Sherry and Mike were excellent hosts, communicative, and it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy our time in their home. Many thoughtful extras were included that made our stay even more enjoyable (beach toys, wagons, coolers, full kitchen accessories, etc,). We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

This Place Has It All - Pool & Beach!

Excellent location. Close to beach & dining. Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed the private pool. We'll definitely be coming back again next year.

Amazing location

Nice property and amazing location, short walk to beach, lots of beach accessories. The pool and backyard were great. Communication with the owners was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.

Prefect house for our family

The place was very clean plenty of room for the nine of us. Short walk to the beach and our own pool to enjoy! Also very close to restaurants and shopping! I would definitely rent again and recommend to others!

Wonderful house

The beach house was beautiful and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The pool was perfect for hanging out with our family. We loved our trip to Destin and will definitely be back to stay at the same house the next time we are there!

Moorman/Lee 2025 Family Vacay

The rental property was excellent and the owners are fantastic to work with. The property was one story which was great since one family member was in a wheel chair. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The pool was a great size for our family of 10, plenty of lounge chairs and table/chairs for all. The beach and two restraunts we ate at were witin walking distance. The complimentary beach chairs/umbrella were a plus as well as the extra beach chairs/toys, etc. available by owner for use. There is also a Dollar General within walking distance (5 minutes) which was nice. We would definiately rent again.

Family getaway

Our week stay was wonderful! Good location with easy driving access to shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach can be a bit long for elderly depending on your situation. House was clean, but we did have to sweep upon entering the home.

Excellent Family Getaway

The place was perfect for a family getaway. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool was an excellent feature. The property manage rand owner were excellent and the communication was fast. My family loved the closeness to the beach and we were able to minimize contact during the Covid pandemic. Thanks so much for the use of your wonderful place!

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful house with our extended family. Everything about the property is just perfect! The owners have gone out of their way to make sure you will want for nothing during your stay. Anything you can imagine needing in the kitchen is there! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It's an easy walk to the beach. It's the perfect place for a large family to vacation in the Destin area.

Loved our stay!

The private pool was amazing! It was a very hot week, with temperatures in the upper 90s! A quick walk to the beautiful beach with a perfect setup with 2 chairs and umbrella!! The Oxners were the perfect hosts when we had questions. Would recommend this property to families of all sizes. We were 7 adults and 4 kids and fit perfectly in this house!!!

Perfect family retreat

We had a wonderful week at Sherry and Mike’s. The hosts are so attentive and communicated with us each step of the way. House was the perfect set up for a family. We loved having the private pool and proximity to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone and lots to do all around the area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a meal and we appreciated the beach chairs and pool toys. We’ve stayed in different homes in the area but this was by far our favorite!

Family vacation!

After we decided to take a family vacation, we found a house. This house was a big hit! Everyone felt right at home! Loved the pool area, right outside of living room! Close access to beach. Great Family Vacation

The house was excellent for a family. Very well equipped for kids. (cribs, high chairs, utensils, etc.) The owners are very good at communication and kept in contact to make sure everything was OK. We had a great week and would highly recommend this property to anyone. The pool and backyard was perfect for us and the kids. We spent a lot of time there.

Perfect family vacation home

This house has everything you could possibly want/ need for your beach vacation. It was big enough for our family of 10. The private pool was great to hop in and cool off after walking home from the beach (about a 8-10 minute walk). There were two beach wagons, a handful of umbrellas, plenty of chairs, and sand toys. The house was stocked with all the things needed to dine at home. The communication with Mike and Sherry was top notch. We will be renting this property again.

INCREDIBLE GEM

This property was every bit of the listing information and more. Full stocked kitchen, very large amount of towels, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, GORGEOUS pool and patio. The walk to the beach was easy. Communication with the owner was phenomenal and easy! The neighborhood was so cozy and quiet yet easy to get to the hustle and bustle. The pool and beach toys/equipment were great and very good quality. Our group of 11 enjoyed plenty of space and the kids really liked having their own hideout bunk room! We will be back!

Excellent Vacation Home

The house was as advertised. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was really stocked and really well maintained. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The bedrooms were all nice, bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a wagon provided that we were able to take back and forth to the beach. The location was great for us. It was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be going back. The entrance to the private beach was about a 10 minute walk door to door. Having the beach set up included was really great. No complaints at all.

Emerald Coast Vacation-August 2022

This is a beautiful home that was well equipped. The house is close enough to walk to the beach. The owners paid for 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach and had plenty of chairs and beach supplies in the garage for guest use. We were given plenty of bath towels for our stay. We did not want for anything while we were there. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The owners are very nice and want to make certain that you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You cannot go wrong by renting this house. We had 7 people. 4 Adults, 1 teenage boy, & 2 children under12. We ate breakfast and lunch everyday at the house and had dinner in twice using the grill. We have only been home 2 weeks and are ready to go back!

The owners provided complete information & were easy to contact. The location was quiet and well-situated for exploring the panhandle. The property is gorgeous! It was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated being able to use the beach wagons. Our grandchildren wanted to stay in the beautiful pool all day! The landscaping provided wonderful shade in the pool area for the hot days. We wish it would have been a shorter walk to the beach, but having the complimentary beach service made up for the six minute walk. Our group included four adults and three children.
