You will find stunning dark wood flooring, plenty of natural lighting, elegant and beach-chic décor and matching furnishings, all bundled in a truly relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Experience ultimate serenity from the moment you enter, as the first floor features the main living area with a pull out sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath opposite. House is 0.8 miles to nearest public beach access at Pompano Joe's. Community pool is 5 mins walk, open in summer months. There are 4 parking spots for standard sized cars in driveway.
