"We've stayed at The Island multiple times and while the rooms aren't that nice, the amenities usually more than make up for it. This time however, rooms need updating and the WORST part was we had MULTIPLE bugs in our room, like 7 or 8, and one was a GIANT cockroach! I think next time we come back ..."

Upon checking in, the staff at the front went to go check upstairs to see if the room was ready.. she came back down and the other staffer gave us our keys.
