"We stayed for one night before a cruise. The property was decent and very close to the airport. All the staff were very friendly. The shuttle to the cruise terminal the next morning was convenient. The hotel was expensive, but more affordable than some other options in the area. There’s a new taco place nearby which was incredible. Not much else around this Holiday Inn. It was good for one night. "

"Staff was rude when checking in. Place is very old and needs lots of work. Doors don’t work properly, floors are covered with oil or something, puddles of water under the sink, outlets don’t work. Just don’t spend your money on this place. I felt very unsafe there even with a security guard walking around. "

"The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful & the room was clean. The biggest problem we had was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. Hauling bags up and down was annoying. Also if your room key got anywhere near your phone it would deactivate which meant another trip down and back up 4 flights of stairs. The other thing that was not great is that our room faced a construction site and work started very early and was very loud. We only stayed for 1 night before a cruise & for the price I have no regrets & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. However, if you are planning to stay for more than a couple days I would choose elsewhere."
