"To have the river right there was the best part. It’s a nice little place but it’s not clean. It smells like pee in the bathrooms. There’s cobwebs everywhere. It’s just not a clean place."

"There were roaches in the room, windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time and screens were popping out. Outlets were blocked/not working, and the room and property in general were neglected. We understood the owner is trying to make improvements, however, and we certainly with them luck."
