"The place is nice overall, but unfortunately one of the cabins had a terrible odor coming from the water system, to the point that the guests were unable to take a shower comfortably. Considering this is a high-end and expensive property, issues like this should not happen."

"No one at the hotel, AT ALL, office doors locked, lights out, no instructions, phone number, nothing. Called the hotel number listed online, no answer, no voicemail. Out of desperation we called the other hotel at this exit to see if they had a room, they didn't. In conversation, they said "oh we own that hotel too, you can check in over here" (across the highway). Same deal with icemaker and breakfast, "you can come across the highway to get ice and breakfast." We'll never get off at the Kadoka exit again..."
