The property is spread over several levels, connected by internal staircases. On the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a living area with a living room and kitchen. Going up to the ground floor, you’ll find a master bedroom featuring a panoramic terrace with a stunning view of Monte Pisanino and a full bathroom with a shower. The second floor features two additional double bedrooms, one of which includes an extra single bed, for a total capacity of 7 guests. To stay cool on summer days, the house does not have air conditioning but is equipped with 4 fans—one for each bedroom and one in the living room.

The outdoor area includes a charming private patio with a small table and a barbecue—the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco breakfasts and pleasant barbecues with friends. Your four-legged friends are welcome for a small additional fee, making Casa Marina the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway surrounded by history and nature. Nearby, you can park your car for free on the street.
