"Great house and great host. We loved this spot on the lake. It is a bit shallow and the boat slips are fully occupied, we tied up our boat to the side dock and made due. The ladder / ingress and egress out of the water could be improved, it's not for grandma, the bottom rung is fairly near to the surface and a very vertical ladder with minimal hand holds. Great house though, lovely top deck."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Between the living room, screened porch and deck, the house was so comfortable to just hang out. The location was great for visiting places we were interested in. Parking was easy. We would love to come back!"

Lake Rabun Rental - Classic Waterside Home and Boathouse

"This place is beyond incredible! The house, the dock, the lake, it’s all right there. All bedrooms had a wonderful view of the lake and there was plenty of room for my whole family. My youngest brother especially loved the loft area. We practically lived on top of the boathouse. It is a very well stocked and loved home with so many modern amenities. We especially loved the Sonos speakers to connect to on the dock and in the home. This part of Lake Rabun was so calm (we grew up on the big water part of Burton and had found ourselves longing for less boat traffic). We brought our paddle boards and used the house kayaks on multiple adventures. Also the blue floating pad was a huge hit. We ended a couple of our nights by the fire pit on the dock which was so magical. We can’t wait to vacation here again next summer."

"I had knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago. The lovely gal who runs the hotel during the day unilaterally offered to help me get my luggage to the room on the second floor. She is an outstanding asset to the property Znd it’s owners!"
