"Room was fresh and bed comfortable. The cleaning lady was just making my bed when I checked in. She was apologizing and offered me a chair to sit on. I tipped $ her because she was so kind. I wear a knee brace. Natalie at the front desk was not very friendly when I checked in, but actually smiled when I was checking out. "
