We loved the layout of this ADU. It's in a fantastic central location with an easy walk to Bde Maka Ska lake in one direction and restaurants and entertainment in the other direction. The neighborhood is pretty and has great houses. The ADU was clean and decorated nicely. We appreciated the coffee and Kind Bars and the very spacious closet. The couch was pretty small for my 6'2" partner, and there were no measuring spoons, but still a 5-star stay.

I must be into double digit stays at this property now. Location, location, location! Two blocks from the lake. Two blocks from Uptown dining & shopping. Two blocks from the best croissants anywhere except Paris! The surrounding neighborhoods are great for walking or biking. Short Uber rides to downtown or the U of Minnesota. The space is perfect for one or two people with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nice Central Location

Very clean, well appointed, quiet property and nice neighborhood. A couple of blocks from the Bde Maka Ska Lake, great for a walk, bike ride, pedal boat excursion and more.

Carriage House Charmer

Property was well located - we could walk to restaurants and the lake was just down the street. It was well stocked with everything we needed, quiet, and the place was super clean. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Guest House!

Beautiful, bright and relaxing guest house above the garage. Everything was pristine and well taken care of! I enjoyed being able to walk the lakes, a local bakery, shops and restaurants! They are wonderful hosts! Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

My partner and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing trip. The property is beautiful, sparkling clean, modern and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect. There's so much in walking distance but still ample street parking if you have a car. The host was clear on description and instructions, and answered all of our questions quickly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. The carriage house literally has everything you need, including laundry. It is very clean and well maintained and the check in and out process was super easy. Lots to do in the area, but also a great place to sip coffee in the morning or watch a movie later in the day.

This little apartment is such a gem! It is light filled, beautifully and comfortably furnished, has a well stocked kitchen, and a full sized washer and dryer. The location is wonderful—walking distance to shops, a grocery, restaurants, and the lovely uptown lakes. Highly recommend this perfect little place!

Excellent carriage house

We had another wonderful stay in this lovely, quiet, immaculate carriage house. The only good thing about the pandemic is finding this property where we could safely stay and visit our daughter’s family outside and masked. It is a quiet relaxing place to return in the evening. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely prefect!

Just as the photos show, it was beautiful ! Very well thought out, with everything we needed. The location was awesome. Near the lake, and walking distance to the Black Walnut Bakery. Even a garage space for our rental! Make sure your rental is small, though.

Wonderful location!

Charming carriage house located over the owner's garage. Bright, light, clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. It includes a washer and dryer for longer stays. The unit is walkable to the chain of lakes, Uptown shops, cafes, and bakeries, and is situated in a sweet little neighborhood. It looks just as cute as the photos portray it!

Beautiful Private Apartment

My husband and I stayed two nights at Natacha and Ryan’s apartment for our wedding weekend and it was exactly as the photos show. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and gets lovely sunlight in the mornings. The bed is super comfortable! Natacha and Ryan are were extremely accommodating and friendly! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are staying in the cities!

Simply the best

This lovely, well appointed apartment in Uptown is our favorite place to stay in all of the Twin Cities. This was our second stay, and we hope to return many more times. Modern, clean, quiet, artfully designed, and in walking distance to all our favorite bars, restaurants, and shops in Uptown. The garage is perfect for our small car, and we always feel so safe. A++

We have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times. It’s perfect for our needs. Close to the lakes, restaurants, grocery, bakery, etc. Super easy to get downtown. The space itself is modern and well designed, just enough for two people. Ryan and Natacha are a pleasure to work with and super responsive. We feel welcome and comfortable here. We’ll be back again in the Fall!
