Private Lake Shore Access! plenty of room to swim and play! The dock will provide space for you to dock a boat.

Large backyard Oasis is prime for campfires, smores and space to gather with Friends & Family. You will have access to 2 patio’s and a bonus Gazebo for when it gets wet, you’ll experience the beauty of the custom waterfall and beautiful landscaping that surrounds you and backed up to a wooded area. This is a beautiful private lot at the end of the road!

Gazebo Plenty of room to get cozy and stay dry! Sit behind the propane fire place and take in the views and tranquility!

Patio Shaded area to have your picnic or full blown bbq! Literally grab some grillables and take advantage of your own personal bbq grill and eating area!

Outdoor Fire Pit: Those great campfire stories start here! Or test your S’more making skills!

LIVING AREAS
The Cottage offers a large, vaulted ceiling living room with a custom bar table top bar connected to a beautiful full kitchen area with a breakfast bar that overlooks the beautiful landscape. This space is great for an early morning coffee with a complimentary coffee bar, or a beautiful spread of your favorite dishes to enjoy together at each meal! The beautiful cottage also offers a workstation space, with a private sleeping area and fireplace that will provide you with a cozy encounter! To add to the excitement the property includes a game room with large mounted TV, Bar, Pool Table, Poker Table, Large Gathering Table, and a comfortable Sofa-Sleeper for extra sleeping space

If a night at a beautiful log table doesn’t cut it, utilize great room space to play cards, or pool. If there’s something you’d like to enjoy on the TV……. Your well taken care of here with a 85’ Sony for those must see games or events!

BEDS AND BATHS
BR1: The beautiful master bedroom offers a masterful bay window overlooking the tranquil landscaping! It provides plenty of space and private entertainment center when you just want to lay low!

BR2: The Second Bedroom offers a homey cozy experience again with your own private entertainment if you wish to have privacy.

BR3: Step into the bungalow with a built-in fireplace, AC UNIT and workstation with great window views for your most productive days you have to plug-in, also a private sleeping quarters with a Cozy Sofa Sleeper! The Cottage ambience will is striking!

Marlin Room: The Marlin Room is damn near a suite in itself, nestled in the primary living room, but don’t let that fool you. This space will provide some privacy with a generous 65” LG SMART LED TV. The Marlin room is self explanatory, but to summarize an additional sleeping space for more company!

Bathroom: The beautifully decorated bathroom will provide you with a full shower and bath with complementary Shampoo & Conditioner! No need to pack extra’s here (see below).
