We were surprised there wasn’t parking for two vehicles in a place that sleeps 6 (which was also questionable) but we made it work. Host responded quickly.

The neighborhood it was in was centrally located which was nice but I can't say it was a good neighborhood. Sirens went off at all hours of the day and night. We had at least one instance of someone who was clearly on something loitering outside the building one night. The property was very clean however housekeeping didn't finish the laundry and it would have been left in the washer for a week if we hadn't needed to do laundry ourselves. The check in process was painful but that was more due to the host having multiple properties in the same area and not double checking they sent us the correct check in instructions. They didn't send us the correct instructions and what should have only taken a few minutes to resolve took over an hour instead since they never double checked that the instructions they sent were correct or not. The first night there was also not entirely pleasant since we found the toilet wasn't working. We were promised maintenance would be out that night to fix it. They weren't. Fortunately the toilet did start working again a couple hours later albeit not 100%. Maintenance showed up the next day to properly fix the toilet but then we found out they had a laundry list of other items that were supposed to be fixed in the apartment such as the dryer and a giant hole in the wall. The living room remote was also missing for our entire stay. This wasn't a huge detriment since the remotes for the other tvs were universal but it was annoying.
