Full bathroom with new tile floors and quartz counter tops. Awesome views of a heavy tree lot with only one neighbor. Just two minutes away from several malls and countless restaurants. The mall of America is 15 minutes away. This is a ideal set up for a traveling nurse or worker as we have large discounts for monthly stays.

The space worked well for me. It was remolded nicely and very clean with updated finishes. Not big, but I didn't need size. The bed was comfortable with clean linens as well. And the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pans, etc. One other observation to be aware of...the space is essentially in a basement. It's a totally separate space, but you will hear people above you walking around, tv, dog, etc. I don't think there is a way around this. If you are sensitive to this, it's something to be aware of.

Place was cute, but really not functional, especially as long term rental. Other than a small closet for hanging clothes in the bedroom, there was no drawers for folded things like underwear and socks, etc. We were living out of suitcases and there was no place to even set those. The bedroom had two cheap metal tables (with no drawers) which were used as nightstands, which barely held the lamps.The website showed a pool and large fenced backyard out the sliding door. The pool was covered with plywood and the portion of the yard for this unit was reduced to an approx. 4 ' x 8' concrete slab with a 6' cedar fence. The side yard was black plastic with bark mulch (which was thinning) and weeds. We rented over a year before checking in so the host could have notifiedd us the website was inaccurate.We were given the incorrect access code to get in. I called severl times but his mailbox was full. I texted and also called a second phone with no answer. He finally called and said, " I guess I missed your call". He said it was only 15 minutes but it was more like 45.A few minor things like the broken toilet seat that I fixed and a taped up TV remote that sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. We were aware there was another unit above us, but the 2nd morning at 7:30 we were awakened by their cleaning crew dragging furniture across the floor..After 2 nights we had enough and left. Asked for a partial (50%) refund which was denied. Will never go back!
