We absolutely loved this home. There were several different spaces to hang out and relax. I wish I could have the back porch for on own house. It was even a happy surprise to see a Christmas tree set up in the front window. I will definitely be looking for this property again next time we need to stay in the area.

Fun Stay

Lots of space & amazing location

We used this space for my family to stay for my daughter's wedding. The multiple spaces and outdoor games was hit with my family. Location was perfect for the venue and hotel. Quick response from owner for any questions.

Plenty of room

More than enough room for our crew of humans and canines. The abundance of entertainment kept the kids busy during downtime and the fenced-in yard made it easy to keep an eye on the fur children. A quick drive to the Mall of America for more entertainment. Thank you!

Game vacation house

Fun place to stay for a family or friend group. Lots of games outdoor and indoor activities! Got my girls off their phones and had some fun bonding time trying to remember how to play ping pong and foosball. 😂 Lots of bedrooms so people got to have privacy and a good night’s sleep.

State basketball

We stayed in the home over state basketball. It was a little bit of a drive from downtown mpls but so worth it. Home was perfect. Shopping/ food activities were all very close.

Here for a wedding

The stay was perfect. There was so much to do during our down time...corn hole, a putting green, pool table, foos ball, games, and more. Located on a quiet street but 2 minutes away from I 35. Loved it all!

Friend getaway

Four couples got together to go to a Minnesota Wild hockey game. We shopped during the day and ordered pizza that night to stay in, watch football and play games. The space was awesome with a four season room, lower level with game room and TV and a good size kitchen. Would stay again in the future.

Love the house and neighborhood

This was the perfect home for our family of 5 including our autistic son. He loved having his own room with big TV. Home within driving distance to several points of interest and shopping. Excellent communication with host!

Just what we needed

We had 2 grandparents, 3 adult children and 1 infant gathering from multiple cities and this was a perfect spot for us. Lots of room and so many things to do in the house - that especially was perfect because its hard to go out with a newborn!The house was clean and well-supplied. For example, while we did bring our own, I appreciated the supply of K-cups. And there was even a little welcome basket of treats for us. Very nice gestures.The owner is very helpful and reponsive. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Family and pet friendly

The host was very communicative and accommodating. The house is very large and had a ton of games - indoor and outdoor! Pool, ping pong, fussball, board games, ladder ball, corn hole…. We had so much fun! It is very close to downtown Minneapolis - a really great find.

Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors!

We stayed here for a medical appointment in Minneapolis. With so many small children we felt safer staying outside the city. This place was perfect for us! 3 adults and 7 children and we were more comfortable than our own house! We had some great conversations with the friendly neighbors too. Our host was very responsive and accommodating as well.

A group of us men stayed here for a conference near by. This is a very nice and comfortable home. Clean. Plenty of space. Nice entertainment options. We wished our conference was longer so we could have enjoyed the place a bit more. Great communication by the owner.

Fun and relaxing

Had a great time relaxing watching movies on the big TV's, playing lots of pool. Kitchen was decently stocked, good communication with the host, quiet suburban neighborhood with some deer walking around in the early morning. Pretty comfy overall, main bed was a little lumpy but easy to find a comfy spot so it was ok. Giant coffee pot with decent grounds was nice. Lots of space, very roomy and comfortable. I could see visiting again sometime.

Property met our needs. Many reviews stated mattresses were comfy, I would disagree with that- they are most likely at the end of their life having divots where others have slept. Property was centerally located near mamy things to do.

Great place for sibling gathering

We rented the house for our annual sibling get together. Each couple had their own bedroom with very comfortable beds. It is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. It was wonderful to have the kitchen with furnishings where we prepared our food for all our meals. So much nicer to visit and gather at a large dining room table for our meals where we could enjoy and hear each other. The house was clean and comfortable. We would rent again. Lots of indoor and outdoor games for all ages to enjoy.

Family wedding

This was the PERFECT house for our family when we came to town for my niece's wedding in Lakeville. Some of us also visited the Mall of America the next day, so it was a convenient location for both activities. Our guests were as young as 9 months and as old as 89 years, and there was something for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to access. There is so much space to sit & visit (or watch TV in almost every room!), cook & eat, sleep & play, including a nice fenced-in backyard, and plenty of parking space. We were able to host family breakfasts & a dinner for both local family & visitors. Everything worked fine, and the host was very helpful before & during our visit. We would definitely stay again!

Large family

Very responsive owner-every time we had a question! Location of home was in a wonderful neighborhood. We had a wide variety of ages in our family and there was space for many different activities! Impressive accommodations for seating in living room, downstairs family room and enclosed sunroom and for eating with two different tables and chairs. We especially loved all being able to eat together on the patio with large expansive table and chairs for morning breakfasts! Everything was as stated-and would definitely look to stay with this owner again!

55th anniversary trip

Everything was good. My husband had covid, so we were unable to join the family for our anniversary celebration. The family said everything was good, but the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was broken when they got there. They managed okay, but said it was hard to keep the roll of toilet paper on. Other than that they enjoyed their visit & we may do it again.

Excellent location

Location, location, location! If you are looking to have a family gathering, friend's weekend, mini-reunion, etc. this house is perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the Twin Cities for seeing the sites, enjoying the nightlife. We loved it for our group of 8. The host has kept up the maintenance and has what you need to use if you want to cook. We were there earlier in November but would love staying in warmer months. There is a big, fenced backyard for grilling, playing corn hole, a putting green and patio. The 3 season porch is great for Foosball and watching TV. The 2 dining areas inside are a bonus. There are also lots of board games to play if needing to unwind. Did I mention the spacious basement? Beautiful TV room, a quiet bedroom and a pool table. We didn't set up the ping pong table. It was so easy getting around the area from this well kept home. We highly recommend this rental.

Fun house

My kids loved the house, and there are some great things about it. The game room was a ton of fun, each room/bedroom had a large smart TV. Decor is nice, house feels welcoming, plenty of space for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable, the linens very nice, the master shower was great.Overall I would give this house a 9/10... but the cleanliness was lacking. Overall you could tell a cleaner had cleaned, but not very well. Kitchen counters had a film, faucet had food on it, fridge was cleaned out but not wiped clean. Dog droppings were still all over the back yard so we couldn't use it. Windows had fingerprints everywhere, door handles and light switches were smudgy and obviously not wiped down. We had to spend the first 1/2 hour of our stay (7 of us) cleaning before we could unpack.When I reached out to the owner they were quick to respond, but with a fairly general "we're really sorry, we'll make sure we talk to the cleaner", but no real effort to fix the issue. I would have had someone there immediately to clean the back yard, and give the house a quick once over.
