"Upon entering the facility, the staff did greet us within seconds of us walking through the door. They were very friendly, with an outgoing personalities. They greeted us with their names. They made sure that we had everything that we needed. Informed us where all the accommodations were. They also helped me out with my requests. For an additional support with a shower chair. They were just very attentive throughout the trip. They also blessed us with some Mystery tickets for the nickelodeon park over there at the Mall of America. I was very happy and grateful for this visit. Only setbacks, I will say, is that some of the products for the the type of hotel. Was a little on the cheap side. The soap, shampoo iand the lotion cheap. However overall, it was a great experience"

"Complimentary breakfast was provided, several options including hot buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast in a spacious area to enjoy. Parking was very convenient and reasonable fee of $28 plus taxes - take the ticket to front desk for this rate. Drive slow and no problem negotiating the tight ramp with my CRV into the basement lot. Gym was fully equipped and clean. There is no pool. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. About 15 min walk to/from Target Center, we'll lit and plenty of pedestrian traffic and police presence to feel comfortable walking back at night after the event."
