    Great location! New remodeled, side-by-side duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious home with a main level and basement. Enjoy very convenient access to major highways, several hospitals, the airport, and Mall of America. Enjoy comfortable beds with hotel linens, smart televisions, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level features a large bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet, as well as a desk and a small exercise area. Off-street parking. Garage space included.

    The space
    This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that is a part of a side-by-side duplex. Newly renovated!

    On the main level, there’s an in concept kitchen and living room with all new appliances and a large smart TV. You will find a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed.

    In the basement you will find a 3rd bedroom with a king bed and large walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a smart tv, a desk, workout mat with a yoga and resistance bands.

    There’s a full size bathroom and laundry as well in the basement.

    You have private, full access to this unit. Long term renters are in the other side of the duplex.
