Lake Nokomis Gem - Free WiFi and Close to MSP & Mall of America

Welcome to another Millennium Properties short term rental. We also have VRBO #689566, #978309, long term rentals and other short term rentals. The main floor has an open living area with television and large, gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen. The eating area is located in the kitchen and accesses a large deck with grill to host your family BBQs. Check out the outdoor fire pit! Gather around an open fire and toast marshmallows for a true Minnesota experience.

All 4 bedrooms are private. The master bedroom is located through french doors from the kitchen. It hosts a separate setting area and full bathroom with jetted tub. The main floor guest room is large and comfortable and directly across the hall from the second full bathroom. The third guest room is located in 'the loft' which is bright and spacious and located in the upper level. The fourth guest room hosts 1 double bed & 2 twin beds and is located in the lowest level adjacent to the lower living area with a large television & sleeper sofa.

I would advise future guests to bring their own washcloths and paring knives. We needed to buy our own since there were 3 wash cloths for the 6 of us. The size of our family made the bathroom arrangement a bit awkward. The best shower, etc were accessible only through the master bedroom. The steep, narrow driveway was a challenge when backing. Lastly the dining chairs are uncomfortable and in need of cleaning. On the plus side, the location made it easy for us to go back and forth to the VA.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay…it was in a great location (1 mins from a amazing park, 9 mins to Mall of America, 14 mins to airport) had the perfect layout for our family and planned gatherings and was seamless check in and out with the host. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and the downstairs TV area for the kids. We all had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely deck and kirchen

Nice place. Smaller than the pictures. And one bathroom is en-suite so guests in three other rooms must share one. Kitchen roomy and well appointed with large table so good for groups.

Lovely Home In A Great Location

My family of seven loved this house. Walking distance to the park, post office, grocery and the local library, as well as an easy drive to several tourist spots made the location of this home ideal. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The bedrooms were comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a real treat after a long day at Mall of America. We highly recommend a stay.

Perfect for our Party!

We loved staying at this property during our time in MN. We flew from all over the country and this well-kept home was in a delightful neighborhood just 10 minutes from the airport. We walked to restaurants, the Minnehaha Falls, Nokomis Lake, etc. We enjoyed the back deck and other amenities. Steve Wright was very communicative and we appreciated his recommendations for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!

Twins Baseball and Soccer

Great place. Lots of room. Great back yard and deck. 7 of us stayed in great comfort. Prepared some BBQ ribs and accoutrements in the well equipped kitchen. Plent of comfortable seating. Near the Mall of America and Minehaha Park. Steve was awesome and helped get soccer tickets.

Ideal Location and Accommodations

We had a perfect trip to Minneapolis! This cozy home is located in a safe neighborhood and is just 8 minutes away from the Mall of America and 15 minutes from the Target Center. With 4 bedrooms, our group of 8 people had plenty of space and comfortable beds to sleep in. The home was clean, updated, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation. We enjoyed the lightning-fast WiFi and the dedicated upstairs/downstairs TV rooms. The property manager, Steve, was fantastic, and the communication throughout our stay was perfect. We had an incredible time and would happily return in the future! Rent without hesitation.

Great spot

Two families visiting the twin cities for New years. The house was plenty big and had lots of great features for us. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of unexpected amenities. Plenty of room to spread out with the loft, basement, and main floor. The kitchen was our favorite room. The drive way was tricky for two large vehicles, we just parked in the street. Excellent communication and access to owner was really nice. Only 10 min drive to mask off America and Great Wolf, it was an easy drive too. 28th Street was close by and had some great places to eat from diners, dives, & drive ins. The hot water heater could be larger for 8 people, but the locations and cost house were great!

This property was great! Clean, nice backyard, the location was great to be close enough to downtown/ the mall of America and also walking distance to Minnehaha Falls.
