Historic Stillwater Home close to downtown

This historic 1882 home is located in a charming neighborhood 0.5 miles from town. The house has been completely renovated and updated. It has 2 bedrooms with a family room that can be completely closed off for privacy/third bedroom. This home is located on the South Hill above the Chilkoot Stairs with astonishing views of downtown Stillwater and the river. Enjoy sitting on the front porch or the bonfire pit in the back yard. This house is about a ten minute walk to many restaurants, shopping, and the scenic St. Croix River. There is a queen size air-mattress available but please no more than 8 guests. This house is not handicap accessible. Thank you

We stayed here for 1 night but weren’t at the house much. It is in a great location - we walked to the Main Street and spent most of our time there shopping, eating and enjoying Stillwater! The house was very comfortable and perfect for us 5 girls to enjoy a friends getaway!

This charming and well-equipped house was perfect for our get-together of long-time friends in Stillwater. We sat around the dining room table to share old photos and tell stories. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The owner is super friendly and very prompt in responding. The home is beautiful, cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was AC in both bedrooms. The grounds are well manicured and peaceful. Off street parking and a nice little coffee bar. Highly recommend and we would definitely love to come back! Very convenient to downtown as well.

Great clean home a short walk from downtown

Absolutely loved our stay! Had a girls night with a pretty large group and we were more than comfortable here. The kitchen is super well set up for cooking, and downtown is a very easy short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Stillwater Getaway!

The house was in a great location and slept 8 people very comfortably! The house was decorated so nicely and while small, felt very spacious! Was even better than the pictures! Would most definitely stay there again in the future!

Lovely stay

This was a great place to stay in Stillwater. It was a comfortable, cute home with plenty of space to hang out for my husband and daughter and I. We enjoyed the outdoor space quite a bit, and we slept well on the comfy beds. We really loved the location, as it was a doable but slightly challenging walk to downtown - that was perfect for us!

Lovely little home! Loved all the little extras, like the coffee bar, amazing body wash, shampoo and conditiner, snack basket and fluffy towels. Beds were very comfy, even the pull out! Would definitely stay again.

We had a group of 6 'older' women. We cooked dinner and breakfast. Plenty of room to move around and to sit and talk. Beds were very comfy. The owner put in extra effort to see that we were comfortable (snacks, etc).

Perfect for Grandma and grandkids

Grandma and 6 grandkids had a wonderful time at this spotlessly clean and very well appointed home. Definitely recommend for a relaxing family get-a-way in Stillwater. Good communication from host, prompt attention to any requests.

Fun Girls Night!

We rented this home for a girls night/reunion. We had so much fun in all of the cute spaces. Everything was clean and the upstairs area was wonderful! Love how close/easy it was to get downtown Stillwater!

Great Place and Great Location

The house was very comfortable to be in. Very clean! We spent time downtown Stillwater to eat and visit a couple of the distilleries so this was very close for us. We will keep it in mind for the next trip.

Wonderful stay

I stayed at this property with a group of friends. It was very clean and even decorated for Valentine's day. The owner was very easy to communicate with and check in/out was super simple. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. My friends and I are already planning on coming back in the summer.

Very nice place

This property is adorable! Nice mix of antique and modern decor. We stayed just one night after attending a wedding in Stillwater. Wish I could have stayed longer. Morning coffee on the front porch was peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Thanks for having us!

Perfect summer stay!

My friends and I were so grateful to enjoy Stillwater in the summertime from this perfect home base, we enjoyed the walk into downtown. Stephanie was a clear and responsive communicator. Her house is spotless and well stocked, we loved relaxing in the back patio and front porch. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip!

Great things all around

We had a great time at Stephanie's place! It's a very cool old house in a neat neighborhood. She was very easy to work with and left more amenities than we would have expected. It was great to have different rooms to use in the house, and I wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. Definitely would recommend.

Girls’ Trip to Stillwater

Can’t say enough about this great stay! Our host, Stephanie was so easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions. The house was so darn cute! It was the perfect choice for my dear friend and I to spend some enjoyable and relaxing time together. The house was meticulously decorated and so comfortable. Very clean and extremely well maintained! We would definitely recommend this house for a pleasing stay in Stillwater!
