- LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! In the Heart of Northeast's Art District! Gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with in-unit washer/dryer, amazing kitchen, and lots of space. Close to all the best FOOD and ACTIVITIES and BREWERIES in Northeast. ~10 mins from downtown and North Loop; ~20 mins from Uptown. There is basic cooking stuff (I cook simply), TV, and is walking distance. Travelers with best experience here tend to be younger in age.
