Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. It was decorated so nicely and very clean. The parking space in the back worked out really well and I noticed that there was always parking available on the street if needed. I definitely stay again if in town

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, inviting and very welcoming. Leading up to arriving the hosts were very communitive, helpful with dinner recommendations and kind overall.

Great place for wedding weekend

We had a son/brother’s wedding and wanted a place close to the venue. This place was exactly what we had hoped for. Enough space for 5 of us to spread out and get ready. It was clean, easy check-in/out instructions, access to many towels and many kitchen items made it a successful weekend for us.

We had a great time celebrating our child’s graduation from Macalester. The apartment was spotless, spacious and beautiful. The host was super attentive and responsive. It was a great place. I highly recommend.

Daughters Wedding

Fantastic accommodations for our family as my daughter got married at Como Conservatory. Great location and such a quaint neighborhood. The loft was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Owner and co- host were fantastic to work with! Would absolutely stay here again and I absolutely recommend it for others!! Comfortable and perfect stay!

I love that this unit had a lot of character and was also very comfortable. Great living area for all of us to have a nice chair to cuddle up and visit for hours. We didn’t need all the amenities, but they were there. Very close to Summit and grand Avenue and lots of great restaurants in the area, lots of cute shops, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the area. The flat was really clean and comfy. It was a bit of a surprise that it was not central a/c, but multiple window units. But it was not a problem and they all did really well in keeping us comfortable. Would totally stay here again.

This unit was exactly as pictured. Bright and clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Dedicated parking spots were definitely a plus! When a minor problem came up, the hosts were immediately responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again for our next visit to St. Paul!

Came up with my daughter, daughter’s friend and friend’s mom for a night. Three bedroom layout was perfect, as was neighbor hood. Short visit but hot coffee, breakfast in house and good water pressure in the shower set us up for a great day on campus. Super cute design with historic charm b

If I could give six stars, I would! The property manager's were absolutely amazing. Worked with our group for an early check-in and even allowed us to stay a little later due to some rain in the area. The location was perfect for the events we were attending. Neighborhood felt safe. Complex was clean and quiet. Definitely recommend!!

Cute place in St. Paul

Overall this was a really nice place and it worked well for most of our family. We didn't realize how many stairs it was up to the unit, and this was a challenge for one of our family members! The parking was totally fine and we loved being able to bring our small-ish dog.It had everything we needed and the communication was fantastic. We were able to add a night and appreciated the host's flexibility.

The owner was super communicative with me the whole time and was very understanding and answered all my questions, the place was clean and pretty, and getting in wasn't as hard but the locks were a little old and slow and tricky to work with but I figured it out.

We found the location near to our daughter/husband. The entry was easy, parking was easy with a designated lot behind the building. The space was full of sunlight and the newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were lovely. Any issues were immediately addresses by the host. We loved preparing dinners in the completely remodeled kitchen and playing cards at the large dinner table. Bonus: we're Nebraska volleyball fans and were able to watch the NE vs Penn State game on BTN.

Just as advertised!

The flat was clean & comfortable. It was stocked with basic cooking ingredients, well kept pots & pans, plates, glasses & silverware. There was extra tp, paper towels, shampoo & laundry detergent! Emily was a lovely hostess who accommodated our extra request for a pack and play for our granddaughter. We came for our son’s wedding and the location was perfect for the days leading up to the wedding. There is parking behind the building and on the street out front. I will warn you the back staircase is steep! It was difficult for my older sister with bad knees to climb them but she made it. The front staircase was much easier. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to stay again when we come to visit! Thanks for a lovely place to stay!

Christmas Getaway to St. Paul🎄

Oh my, can’t say enough about this beautiful flat in St. Paul! We hosted our 7 grown adult children with all their significant others for a few days leading up to Christmas Eve. Everyone could come and go for our little mini gatherings as they live near by and are quite busy with their new extended families. Everything so clean and warm and inviting as a gathering space. Plenty of room for larger groups with the living and dining rooms. One daughter spent the night so she could relax with us and enjoy a glass of wine. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well appointed. We pre prepped our food so most of the work was done ahead of time. This is such a convenient location! Very easy to get to the State Theatre downtown Minni for our favorite mother daughter tradition ~ The Nutcracker. Loved our walks around the neighborhood and up & down Summit Ave. to see the beautiful old houses. Inn Keeper Brittany so responsive to our questions and really made our stay fantastic ~ great memories were made with family ❤️Mary, Jon & crews!
