Walk one block to beautiful downtown Victoria and enjoy your choice of several restaurants, boutique shops and night clubs. Bring your bikes and ride the trail from the back yard to Excesior or all the way to Wayzata. Or bring your boat to fish one of several nearby lakes. Great Location!

Loved this location within walking distance of downtown Victoria where there are several great restaurants and a cute coffee shop! Also loved the access to the Minnetonka trail via the backyard. Very clean and felt safe and comfortable!

We had everything that we needed.

A nice weekend stay while visiting Chanhassen Dinner Theater and a spa with family. The downtown of Victoria was a short walk and has a lot of offerings including restaurants, bars, and a beautiful bike and walking trail. Also a few spas as well.

Good place to stay outside the hustle and bustle

We were in the cities for an end of summer get away and this was a great spot to stay when visiting the Mall of America and Valley Fair. It gave us just what we needed at a great price. Great coffee shop and pubs with in a few minutes walk. The back yard is very serene and we wished we'd had time to use it. We would stay here again. Thank you!!

This was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to the area! The place was clean, easy to use, and had nearly everything we needed. The twin beds were a little uncomfortable but would be just fine with a memory foam topper! I suggest packing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Thanks for the easy check-in/out process!

Paisley Park visit!

Had a great visit and Paisley Park was just a short drive away! Cute little towns, lots of lake views and walking/biking trails everywhere and only 1/2 hr drive to downtown Minneapolis too! Only issue we had was with the wifi but once we moved the router closer to the bedrooms, we had access.

Stayed in Victoria Minnesota with my two teen girls over Easter break. it allowed my two college kids and their significant others to come hang out with us and just gather together. My girls were very excited and happy with the place we stayed at. Beautiful surroundings with walking path, close to downtown and centrally located for what we wanted to do. Place was very clean and quiet and quaint. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

HS Graduation

This property was an amazing location for our family attending a local High School graduation. Very clean, easy access and conveniently located. We enjoyed the Minnetonka Trail being right in the back yard for easy walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Visited Paisley Park and several wineries in the area. Completely handycap accessible layout worked great for our elderly mother. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice place.

This was a nice place to stay. The place was quiet. Nice to be able to drive to the same level as the entrance and not having any stairs to climb. The driveway is quite steep and difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle. Instructions for use of the television would have been nice. Overall, the site was pleasant and would be an option for future visits.

Family Wedding

Our stay was so wonderful. Rental house was so nice, clean, comfortable beds, living room furniture beautiful and comfortable. The decor was livelyz( if you ever want to sell pics in bedroom with the big bed…. I’m in! Also the picture above couch with the barn… would match a picture I have at home.) We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely love staying again. It is so nice to be able to travel with our little dogs and have such a beautiful place to stay. Charming Victoria

We were comfortable in Teresa's property. However, very few extras are provided. For example, there was no shampoo. It's been a while since I stayed in a property that did not provide it. Coffee/creamer was also on the light side. We did ask for more and was given a few more Keurig coffee containers. Wifi was very slow and we had to go to living room to access it. Walking to downtown Victoria was very nice. It's nearby and has some nice coffee shops and restaurants.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom area was good with a walk-in shower. But the downside was the apartment was very musty smelling. I don't know if it was from the old carpeting or the very old furniture. The kitchen was sparse. Dishes were cracked and chipped. Barely enough silverware. There were no measuring cups or measuring spoons. The pans looked very used and not properly cleaned. The unit was not a place that was comfortable to just relax.

Fantastic location near Chanhassen

I was celebrating a birthday weekend for my two older sisters ( age 70/75), and was looking for someplace close to Chanhassen Dinner Theater that the three of us could stay. I also needed someplace that was handicap accessible and allowed dogs, as my oldest sister has a small dog and used a four-wheeled walker. This place was perfect. The 2 bedroom apartment is located in the lower level of the host's large home. There is a separate entrance in the back of the home and very peaceful, quiet and private. There is a zero -grade entry to enter the apartment as well as a large roll-in shower. The furnishings are older, but the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointment with everything you would need ( there is a keurig in the kitchen) and very clean. The hosts are friendly and have great communication. The location was PERFECT! Located right near the MN Landscape Arboretum, within 15 min to the Chanhassen dinner theater, 25 min to MN's largest Candy Store in Jordan and we even drove 1 hr north to Litchfield, MN through beautiful countryside to see a movie at a quaint drive-in theater ( Starlite Drive in). You are within walking distance ( 2 blocks) to a great bakery/ coffeeshop, good restaurants and small shops. This place fit our needs perfectly.
