Had to pay for parking which was we were not informed ahead of time. Rooms were dirty, cleaning staff acted like it was an inconviece stop vacuuming the stairs while we walked down them. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
Arrival, the room hadn’t been vacuumed, crumbs by the beds and and desk. The bathroom had a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rail up top. Cleanliness is huge to me, was t clean. Internet kept cutting out, had to keep signing in with password.
