Had to pay for parking which was we were not informed ahead of time. Rooms were dirty, cleaning staff acted like it was an inconviece stop vacuuming the stairs while we walked down them. Said hot breakfast was available, yeah for purchase. Wish i would have done a better job looking for other places. ...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
We found the lighting very confusing in our room. You had to have the entrance light on in order to use the bathroom lights.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
Arrival, the room hadn’t been vacuumed, crumbs by the beds and and desk. The bathroom had a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rail up top. Cleanliness is huge to me, was t clean. Internet kept cutting out, had to keep signing in with password.

Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington
The self-service check-in, check-out, and ordering of food was super simple and made for quick servicing. The staff throughout offered to assist the kids when they got stuck on the Magi-Quest activities, which was extremely helpful. Waterpark was a hit with the whole family.
