Cozy four bedroom two bath. 2 large King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, Plus game room in basement which includes a Double bed, large sectional, poker / game table. Smart TV's in every room. Internet, Fenced Yard, Deck, Grill, Laundry, Large parking area, Fire Pit, Access to Morgan 1 & 2 community area with boat ramp, beach, picnic areas and boat slip.

Place trash in outdoor trash cans under the stairs
