"We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The owner left clear instructions and was easy to work with. I recommend this property and would stay here again. If you choose this property, be aware that you need to supply some of the basics like bath soap and shampoo, a detail of which I may have missed in the instructions."

"Designed perfect for renting. We had 7 adults 5 children of ages 2-10. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Each family had the ability to spread out and have “space”. The basement is alone is perfectly designed as a seperate livable space. Property is quietly situated between two wood lines making for a private feel. Owner, Nick, wonderful to work with and responsive along the way!"

"The house is very nice. Kids eve asked to come back again. The house has a bedroom for 8 kids. All of our kids were able to sleep in the same bedroom. They love that very much. We rent it their boat and the kids and adults enjoyed it very much"

"I've stayed at the Subshine House numerous times and it is as charming as ever with the new ownership. It's a serene oasis! The sunrises from the deck and expansive views from the house are amazing. The house is clean and well stocked and there is a TV in each room. My dog enjoyed playing in the big yard and water. Kiran was super nice, communitive and helpful. I will definitely come back again."

"This home has all you need for a quiet lakeside retreat. The private boat launch is just a few minutes walk from the house and it is a short boat ride to get from the launch to the private dock. It is a quiet neighborhood and not too far from Lake Anna restaurants. We enjoyed sunning on the floating dock during the day and relaxing around the fire pit at night. The game room is in the garage across the driveway with lots of room to play. Kitchen/dining room/living room is open floor plan so feels spacious even with a full house. We would definitely rent this place again in the future!"
