Weekend Trip

Our crew had a wonderful weekend in Blue Ridge and loved staying at Toccoa River Front. The view was beautiful and so was the home. The home was spacious, decorated wonderfully, and allowed all our guests to feel comfortable. The basement rooms were so much fun - the juke box, video games, pool table, and movie room allowed for wonderful entertainment on a rainy afternoon. We loved it and will definitely come back.

Girl’s Get-away

Blue Ridge reunion

Fantastic place for all ages, big and lots of room for games and relaxing by fire at night, swing set for children and pool fun. Highly recommend for a big family getaway!!!!

Wedding

Family reunion

The house is beautiful with enough activities to appeal to our eight adult grandchildren and one teenager. My adult children enjoyed the beauty and relaxing spaces on the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped and the views from the deck were spectacular. It was close enough to Blue Ridge if anyone wanted to shop or checkout the town but there was enough at the house that no one felt the need to spend much time away. It was a perfect place to relax.

Relaxing Christmas vacation

We had twenty eight people ranging in age from newborn to adults. The kids had a great time on the playground and some of them did some fishing. The home is beautiful and private and we all enjoyed our week!!

Fun for Four Generations

4 Generations Celebrated our Grandma's 90th birthday in this great house! There was room for everyone, lots of things to do on the property as well as nearby, plenty of space for large gatherings and several spaces for small groups. The property manager, Heather, was so attentive. We definitely recommend this amazing house!

Perfect venue for our intimate wedding

This property was perfect! We had a wedding with 15 people, and this place couldn’t have better. The listing and pictures doesn’t do it justice. Everyone had a great time and said it was the best property they’d ever stayed at. Endless activities and memories were made. The absolute best place to stay for a week of relaxation with family or friends

Great Weekend Getaway

My friends and family rented this home for Superbowl weekend and had an absolute blast! We were a group of adults ranging from ages 25-50 and this home was perfect for us! The house was so clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The game room, bar area, and theater were our favorite features of the home and made watching the Superbowl so enjoyable. We also loved sitting in the sunroom drinking our morning coffee. We are thingking of making this an annual trip!

A Spectacular Property

This is an amazing property that has more than enough space for a large family with numerous amenities and entertainment on site. The property manager was very courteous and provided simple but very detailed instructions to make the checkin/checkout process seamless. The pictures of this property really do not do it justice. It was spotless, extremely cozy, and very well decorated. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay except we will definitely be back and plan to make it an annual occurrence.

Family Gathering

We loved our stay at Toccoa River Estate! We had 33 ranging from 6 months to 85 and we had a great time. We loved gathering in the theater room, jumping in the pool/ hot tub, playing ping pong, pool and playing the juke box. It was nice being on the river and the big lawn was a great space for lawn games. Each night we enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the river. There are so many cool spaces to hang out in the house which helped accommodate our big group. We can’t wait to return!

Spacious home on a beautiful property.

We had a great trip. We loved exploring the area. The location on the river was so beautiful. The spacious home provided plenty of space for our extended family. The basement movie room, game area and bunk room worked out great for the kids. We loved the big kitchen table where we could all eat together. We did feel like there were a few areas that could use some TLC. The outdoor furniture, kitchen pots and pans and mattresses could all use an upgrade and were not what we would have expected for the price point.

Best of the Best

This house was Beautiful! My family travels once a year and celebrate birthdays And anniversaries together. It was more than enough room & hard to say which area of the house we enjoyed the most. If I had to choose I would say the lower level. There's enough amenities for anyone to enjoy! The hot tub was AWESOME! The host responded promptly with any questions I had. I wish i had a few more days to relax because we spent most of the time having a ball!

Awesome stay in the North Georgia Mountains!

We were looking for a long weekend away in North Georgia for 23 people of all ages, and this place was perfect.Starting with the communications with the property manager and their team, it was a smooth and easy process. They were always responsive both before and during the stay.The cabin itself is right on the bank fo rthe Toccoa, and the kids loved fishing the river, hanging our on the full sized swing set, and especially the s'mores around the fire pit riverside. Inside, there is so much room in the house that we never felt cramped at all. And it is rare find a place that not only sleeps as many as we needed, but also has a kitchen equipped to feed that many people (including a 14-seat lon dining table)!And the downstairs is a huge playroom and theater that saw a lot of use. Especially since one bedroom had 3 bunk bed stacks with queen beds. All our kids had a sleepover there every night.We'll definitely have this place on our list to visit again when our large group gathers.

Book club anniversary celebration!

This cabin was perfect for our gathering! This spacious, well-appointed home fit 11 of us so comfortably. We enjoyed the bedrooms, the theater room, the pool and hot tub, and especially the kitchen! We even cooked meals together; the spacious kitchen had everything! The location of the home also made it possible for us to visit a nearby orchard and go apple picking as a group. Check-in was seamless, and the contact person was very responsive when we thought we needed help with the theater room. This home was perfect for our celebration, and we were able to create so many new memories, whether laughing and chatting inside the home, or just having relaxing conversations outside near the river. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much! We had an amazing time!

Great Place for Large Family Gathering

The home is lovely and comfortable for a large group. We kept the “his” bathroom reserved for the three guest bedrooms on the main level. That bathroom is accessible from the deck, so it was easy to use it during the day. The kitchen is so well supplied, even having many spices stocked. It was great having a drip coffee pot and a K-cup for single brews. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful. If you are a reader, there is a great library of books to enjoy. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. The two lower level guest rooms, without en-suite baths, are at the end of a hallway, with a nice shared bath. Both of these rooms have lovely views of the river. Extra cots are located in the closet off of master “his” bath. It was very clean and everyone enjoyed our time there!

Fabulous Thanksgiving Vacation

This house and property were perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own spaces, with a couple of people who had to share a bath. As noted in description, the master on main has two baths. We dedicated that bath to our daughter and family of 4 so it was easy. The outdoor area was great with plenty of room for play, firepit was amazing and hot tub as grand! Never felt overcrowded with 20 people. The outdoor porches also provided for additional space, dining and game time! And the game room down stairs provided plenty of additional entertainment!!! The only couple of things we would suggest is to add a few more different size "pots" to kitchen, add shelves to garage refrigerator for additional ability to store food items better, the kitchen stove was great (having two for Thanksgiving was awesome) but needs to be looked at as it did not heat properly, and lastly, the bed in main master and the room with two queen beds on main floor, mattresses need to be updated (particularly since this is a luxury property) as the beds were very very soft and two queens seem to sag a bit. Awesome stay and great memories!!

Great for large groups and location, needs some TLC.

The property worked well for our large group of 32 during Thanksgiving. Plenty of space to store food, to spread out and entertain. It was really nice to have a 2nd stove in the butler’s pantry (which was electric,) the peaceful library and wine lounge, extra washer and dryer in garage, blow dryers in the bathrooms and the game room for kids downstairs! The location is perfect for a short drive to Blue Ridge and many places do delivery. The property manager is good with communication. For the price I was disappointed in the lack of cleaning done. Many of the dishes were put up dirty, hair on sheets and comforters, back up blankets in the closets not washed and the baking sheets are worn out. There are no kid friendly cups/plates, skewers to make smores with or food storage containers. The chairs in the movie theater are worn out and no one could sleep in the bunk room because the A/C wasn’t working properly.
