"Great hotel. Very clean. Amazingly helpful staff. The room was really nice. Two small critiques. We have a family of 5, so our son needed to sleep on the pull out sofa. When we pulled it out, not only was the bed not made, the cover for the mattress was inside out and covered in crumbs. Didnā€™t phase us too much, we wiped it off and put the sheet on that we got from the front desk but I did feel like it was a slight oversight. Our second critique is simply for the standpoint of having younger kids. We traveled all day and looked for place our kids could unwind in the pool and although the pool was clean and nice, it was VERY echoey and the tile was quite slippery. Both not feeling super kid friendly. But the quality of the room, service and breakfast trumped these little issues and we walked away very pleased!"
