The well-landscaped and thoughtfully-designed eco-lodge is perfectly located within walking distance to lovely Mindo, but the lodge is also on a quiet side street with lots of interesting bird, frog and insect activity. The staff at La Bicok speak several languages and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well-cared for. The breakfasts were great with extra French touches like sourdough bread, crepes and coffee that was actually strong enough to match the quality of the coffee being grown in Ecuador. This is a special tranquil place to relax and get to know the friendly Mindo community, which wholeheartedly prides itself in the natural wonders of the cloud forest.

Easy access to the center of mindo, good staff, swimming pool, cozy, great staff. Overall I recommend

Would not recommend particularly for families with small children. The restaurant doesn’t work (except for breakfast) and the rooms and hallways are paper thin and noisy. Once the first guest gets up, everyone wakes up. Although the hotel is close to town, and it has beautiful landscaping, I feel its overpriced by a long shot.

Bonjour à vous, Nous comprenons vos remarques et somme désolé que votre séjour ne vous est pas plus. Nous pensons principalement que votre mécontentement est du au fait que vous ayez réservé 4 nuits et que vous souhaitiez en payer que 3. De plus votre mari était bien malade sur votre séjour et vos enfants n'ont pas pu en profiter pleinement. Notre lodge est effectivement plus pour des personnes adultes pour la tranquillité et non un lieux pour les enfants qui peuvent faire beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. Votre dernière remarque concernant le prix est certainement du au fait que vous êtes parti avant la fin de votre séjour car votre mari était malade. Cordialement Sébastien et toute son équipe.

indeseable y poco recomendable lugar
El personal es indeseable, llegue con mis dos hijos menores de edad y habían sobrevendido la capacidad y no respetaron la reserva hecha desde el 19 de marzo, por lo que no nos recibieron y nos mintieron suciamente alegando que ellos no usaban la plataforma de hoteles.com - tuvimos que irnos y perder 1 /1/2 hasta que hoteles.com consiguió reubicarnos. Un desastre mayúsculo

Ubicado perfectamente en un ambiente tranquilo, el personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y qué decir de las instalaciones, limpieza y comodidad.!!!!

Una Joya en el Bosque
Es un hotel limpio y parece nuevo, con jardines de flores, colibríes, y espacio de sala con un lindo desayuno incluido. Agua caliente, baño amplio, y piscina agradable. Se puede caminar en minutos al pueblo de Mindo, con restaurantes y atracciones. Gestión cortés y amigable.

todo estuvo perfecto y relajante lo unico que no me gusto fue que no habia limpieza diaria y como es lugar humedo no es confortable q no hagan limpieza diaria.

Nos fue muy bien. Guillermo, la persona de recepción, es super amable y con una excelente disposición para ayudar al huésped. Leticia nos preparó una cena deliciosa. Gracias
