"The 2 nights I stayed here were the most awful hotel experience I've ever had. The first night at 2 a.m. I had to get transfered to a different room because the toilet was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The next room could only be opened be somebody on the hotel staff because the key card reader didnt work properly. My last morning here, the toilet overflowed. I was unable to use the shower or finish using the restroom. The hotel manager then tried to blame me for their issues, and demanded that she was checking me out of the hotel, and to take any issues up with Expedia."
