The property overall exceeded our expectation. The breakfast service/selections was great and had a wide variety of food. Overall staff friendliness and service was outstanding. This hotel is in a very convenient location, within a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s famous historic shopping district. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
