Misleading photo

The facilities here(except the room) is brand new and the services of the staff is very good. However, the room is VERY old. The photo of the room from the website is totally different. I suggest please don’t mislead people.

自駕溫泉之旅

環境優美, 舒適, 寧靜; 但較適合自駕人士, 要駕一條頗長的山路, 比較黑及迂迴。 酒店溫泉很舒適, 看著很美風景; 但餐廳是要預訂才可享用, 所以緊記先食完晚飯才返回酒店, 附近沒有餐廳, 或駕大約20-30分鐘回市區。

Family overnighter

Our stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great view from our room. Onsen was great too. We missed out on dinner at the restaurant because we didn’t make a reservation. The property is approximately 10 minutes drive to town and there were not many restaurant options either.

Very nice Japanese Wellness and relax Hotel. A litte remote Location and therefore dinner should be booked in the Hotel. Very nice public bath overlooking Naruto Bridge and narrows. Very quiet at night. Hotel staff is fighting a Little with English language but we got all what we wanted to get.

位置較偏遠，沒有公共交通，必須駕車才可到達，而且道路狹窄，要小心駕駛，附近也沒有其他商舖及食肆，較為不便。

雖然很遠，但很安靜的地方。雖然附近沒商店，但飯店內一切都有。每間房都面海，觀看夕陽非常的棒。大浴場有露天夠寬敞也很舒服，價格可以接受的話，規劃四國行程是值得再去的一間飯店。房間不僅夠大、舒服，人員服務也都不錯。早餐也很棒

Refreshing Stay!

Driving in the dark to the hotel wasn't too reassuring, but worries all gone once we got to the hotel. Amazed the minute we got into the room, a very peaceful environment with pretty scene right in the room. Impressed also by the public bath, and too sad we couldn't try the family bath as it was fully booked. It's a decent hotel to freshen up mind!

Nice hotel with great view

I was absolutely made a right decision to pick this hotel, because the location is at the seaside, especially you can enjoy the beautiful sunset whatever at the room or outside of the hotel restaurant. The food is great as well, especially the delicious dinner, don't miss it! Regarding the way to hotel by driving, I read some comments that mentioned the way to hotel is difficult to find, so i suggest you who want to stay this hotel, please follow the official website of the hotel that provided the phone number (0799-55-2500) for your GPS, you would avoid a problem of find the way. If you are searching a hotel in Awaji Island, I am highly recommend you to stay and take a relax at Hotel New Awaji Plaza.

Best Kaiseki dinner at the onsen ever.

We had fresh lobster, sea bream, sea urchin sashimi and beef dinner. Nice ocean view room and beautiful outdoor hot spring.

Great hotel, We hope to come back one day.

Fantastic helpful staff, especially thanks to the bartender Kazuki, Saki and a young man at the receptionist. Lovely relaxing hotel, good pool, and the best outdoor spa "onsen" I have experienced in Japan. Highly recommended.
