Disappointing

Very close to the beach but definitely not worth the 100€ per night considering the fact that the water in the shower didn’t drain - we had to wipe up the water with a mop every time afterwards and worse, the hosts even blamed our dog’s hair although it didn’t drain right from the start when our dog hadn’t even entered the shower yet (which we told them)! It was also very difficult to turn the keys of the doors (and again they blamed us to have broken it) and to find a parking lot. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce rez-de-chaussée, deux-piÚces à deux pas de la mer,centre-ville et de toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires étaient trÚs sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à cet endroit.

Correct

Communication trĂšs facile avec le propriĂ©taire qui est d'ailleurs trĂšs sympathique On peux tout faire Ă  pied . plus besoin de toucher Ă  la voiture 2 min de la plage L'appartement donne directement sur une place avec un peu de passage mais cela n'est pas trĂšs gĂȘnant. Le vrai souci viens du restaurant donc la sortie salariĂ© donne sur la porte d'entrĂ©e du coup vous avez bruit + odeur + passage dĂ©s 8h le matin jusqu'Ă  23h Donc si vous souhaitez restez un peu calme ça sera le lundi quand ils sont fermĂ©s

Un trÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours quasi parfaits dans ce logement qui est clairement un rapport qualitĂ© prix imparable ! Il est trĂšs bien placĂ© : tout proche de la plage ( 10 m du premier escalier) , de la place du marchĂ© ( nous nous sommes nourris des huĂźtres du marchĂ© presque tous les jours), de tout en fait ! De trĂšs bons restaurants pas cher ( l’alpha fait les meilleurs Burgers du monde et trĂšs gros). Nous avons mĂȘme pu aller chez une excellente coiffeuse ( elo coiff ) Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pieds. La plage du courant est Ă  moins de 10 minutes Ă  pieds. Moi l’asthmatique sĂ©vĂšre j’ai pu y aller sans problĂšme plusieurs fois. La vue est superbe : quel bonheur de se lever avec la mer et de se coucher avec elle. C’est une petite surface mais tout est trĂšs bien optimisĂ©, une suggestion pour amĂ©liorer encore remplacer la table du salon par une table de camping pliante qui permettrait de manger dehors et d’ĂȘtre pliĂ©e pour la nuit ou Ă©tendre le linge. Certes, comme il y a une baie vitrĂ©e il fait chaud mais avec un ventilo ( fourni par le propriĂ©taire), en aerant en ouvrant la baie vitrĂ© et la porte c’est trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs gĂ©rable. Nous avions amenĂ© le notre donc nous avions les deux espaces nuit climatisĂ©s. L’esplanade est frĂ©quentĂ©e mais lĂ  encore ce n’est pas gĂȘnant car ce n’est pas Bercy ou le parc des princes . Seul mon ado s’est senti observĂ©. Mais bon, on connaĂźt tous les ados ! Autre avantage, le logement Ă  beau ĂȘtre proche de tout, il est aussi placĂ© de façon Ă  pouvoir contourner la foule en prenant des rues parallĂšles Ă  la rue principale si comme moi, la foule vous oppresse au bout d’un moment. On peut s’y sentir tranquille. Les propriĂ©taires sont adorables ! J’ai beaucoup louĂ© sur mimizan et je recommande cette location. Je reviendrai sĂ»rement l’an prochain.

Ein paar Schritte bis zum Ozean und Strand ...

Un studio trĂšs simple mais pratique, confortable, Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants, cafĂ©s, commerces, de la plage, dans un superbere village. Pour les propriĂ©taires de chiens, possibilitĂ© de laisser la porte ouverte de l’entrĂ©e qui donne sur la place avec une petite clĂŽture pliable si nĂ©cessaire ! PropriĂ©taires trĂšs sympathiques.

Emplacement et vue idéaux

Petit appartement fonctionnel, idéal pour trois ou 4 personnes. Le logement est face à la mer, à 10m de la 1ere entrée de plage, 100m du centre ville et sur une esplanade totalement piétonne. Prévoir un ventilo si vous dormez dans le clic clac car baie vitrée ! Photos non révélatrices car logement en rez de chaussée sur nouvelle esplanade + TV écran plat. Je ne m attendais pas à une telle différence entre photos et réalité ! Ce fut un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cet appartement certes de petite taille mais convenant pour 3 personnes. La vue sur l'ocean est magnifique et la proximité au centre est également un trÚs bon point. L'appartement est propre et fourni avec le nécessaire.

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah zum Strand. Es ist perfekt fĂŒr zwei Personen. Es gibt ein zusĂ€tzliches Bett fĂŒr weitere 2 Personen. Das Bad und WC sind getrennt. Im Badzimmer findet man eine funktionierende Waschmaschine. Die KĂŒche bittet alles zum Kochen. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Kaufpassagen mit einem gedeckten Wochenmarkt(Marche) , wo man frische Lebensmittel, wie Brot, KĂ€se, Wein direkt von Herstellern, und gerade gefangenen Fisch kaufen kann. Unmenge von Restouranten und CafĂ©s in der NĂ€he.
