Peaceful vacation home

  • Come and put your suitcases down in this 110m2 house equipped for 6 people and located in a quiet area near the cycle path and all amenities (bars, restaurants, shopping center, shops....) 10 minutes by car from the ocean beaches, 5 minutes by car from the village of Mimizan and 5 minutes from the lake.

    A terrace and a fenced garden will allow you to spend good evenings with friends or family. a barbecue at your disposal.

    It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub with separate toilet and two bedrooms with bed of 160x200. Another master bedroom, bed 160x200 with shower room and toilet and dressing room. A storage room and a laundry room with washing machine


    Bicycles available free of charge on request

    Free Wi-Fi.

    Equipment: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, small appliances (kettle, toaster, espresso coffee maker, pod compatible with other brands, hair dryer...) well-equipped kitchen.

    At your disposal free of charge on request: stroller, BB bath, high chair, travel cot, BB deckchair

    Sheets and towels can be provided, to be booked and paid for at our concierge service and if you want I can take care of it.
