Gartenpflege , Gartenmöbel und Fensterreinigung lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig.Ansonsten ist es ein tolles modernes Ferienhaus welches sehr zu empfehlen ist .

Gut + gut ausgestattet, aber Geruch

Super geschnittenes Haus, schön modern eingerichtet (bis auf einige eigenartige Deko-Gegenstände, die nicht zur sonstigen Einrichtung passten), sehr gut ausgestattete großzügige Küche, direkt am "Wäldchen", 15 min zu Fuß zum Meer, schöne Strandbars. Ort nichts Besonderes, aber angenehme Atmosphäre. Möbel auf Terrasse nicht wie abgebildet, sondern einfache schwarze Plastikstühle und zusätzlich Holztisch/-stühle und 2 Liegen (viele Spinnweben). Geruch Papierfabrik unangenehm (aber selten gehabt)

Maison moderne très fonctionnelle et avec des finitions de qualité. Propreté impeccable Une terrasse où on aime prendre le temps à l’ombre des pins et un emplacement tranquille à 2 pas du centre. Un vrai coup de cœur.

Ferienhaus Mimizan

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. WM, Trockner, Küchengeräte und sehr gute Internetanbindung. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 5 Minuten an einem sehr ruhigen Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen sehr nahe. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Leider gab es auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht so schön waren. Die Spülmaschine und der Kühlschrank musste von uns erstmal gereinigt werden. Sehr kleiner Fernseher. Was nutzt eine Soundbar, wenn sie nicht angeschlossen ist. Zu viel unnütze Deko, so dass viel Platz verloren geht. Wandhaken die nicht richtig befestigt sind und somit nicht benutzt werden konnten. Sehr schlechte Beleuchtung über der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche. Insgesamt ziehen wir aber ein positives Fazit. Wir würden wieder buchen. Der Atlantik ist super. Wir haben 3 schöne Wochen erlebt. PS. Geruch von der Papierfabrik war für uns nicht störend, weil es auch nur selten war.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Mimizan Plage

Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes, relativ neues Objekt in Mimizan Plage. Sehr gut gelegen, alles Wichtige mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Alles funktioniert und es gibt nur sehr wenige Kleinigkeiten auszusetzen (z.B. Fehlende Hadtuchhaken im Bad - Türaufhänger für 7 € löste das Problem). Wir würden sofort wieder kommen...

Ferienhaus Mimizan Plage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und vollständig und gut ausgestattet. Es bietet sich an, Bettwäsche zu mieten, da es nur eine große Bettdecke für zwei Personen gibt. Der Standort der Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen, da es im Ort eine Papierfabrik gibt, deren sehr unangenehmer Geruch bei Wind aus ungünstiger Richtung oder gar keinem Wind streng in der Luft steht und kilometerweit wahrgenommen wird.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage zwischen weiteren Ferienhäusern. Vom Rummel in Mimizan Plage bekommt man im Ferienhaus nichts mit. Der Geruch der Papierfabrik hat uns gestört.

Schickes Haus mit grosser Glasfront in Meernähe

Neuwertiges Haus mit grosser Glasfront zur eigenen Veranda, hübsche Einrichtung, bequeme Liegen auf geräumiger Holzveranda. Boulangerie und Supermarkt in 5 Laufminuten erreichbar. Fussgängerzone nur drei Minuten weiter und der schöne breite Strand noch weitere 5 Minuten durch die Fussgängerzone durch.
