Très agréable a tout point de vue

Un très agréable appartement bien conçu avec une superbe vue de l’océan, petits déjeuners et soirée sur le balcon avec le coucher de soleil magnifique ! On peut se garer facilement dans la rue ou sur le grand parking gratuit à 50 m. Des commerçants très sympathiques et de très bons restaurants abordables . C’était mon second séjour et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Les hôtesses de l’agence sont très agréables et serviables

Super

Situation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement qui est près de tout. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Pas de wifi inclus. Gros bémol pour le bar en face de la résidence qui est bruyant avec la musique jusque tard le soir.

location idéale

Un petit appartement très bien conçu et aménagé, idéalement placé dans Mimizan plage, avec une vue sur l'océan magnifique et des commerces tel que boulangerie, supermarché et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Je tiens également à remercier les hôtesses de l'agence pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ( petit problème matériel à l'appartement réglé dans la matinée )

Appartement bien situé, proche de l'océa et des co

Une belle vue sur l'océan et un espace très bien aménagé avec une aire de jeux pour enfants, un restaurant, un espace dédié au sport et des espaces détente . Par contre, beaucoup de passages et de bruit même la nuit. Pas de place de parking attribué au logement, beaucoup de difficulté à en trouver. Le logement est bien équipé mais la literie est à revoir absolument. Odeurs nauséabondes de l'usine de papier certains jours. Très belle region avec de belles balades à faire à pied et à vélo.

Cool

Une location plutot bonne. L’agence nous a fait tout de meme patienter une heure pour recuperer les clés du bien. Situation très bonne ( vue ocean , acces rapide a la plage / acces rapide au centre de Mimizan plage ) en revanche bruyante ( Bruit des soirées / passages de personnes à heure tardive / entretien de la commune). Prevoir de se garer au grand parking à 5 min à pied car difficile de trouver une place libre près du bien.
