Endroit bien situé, près de la plage et des centres d'intérêt.Calme en deuxième moitié de septembre.Piscine encore disponible, c'est un plus ;)Parfois quelques odeurs qui émanent de l'usine de papier mais pas trop gênant.L'appartement correspond à la description qui en est faite et est très bien agendé.Accueil: nous n'avons rencontré personne, ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ, la clé a été déposée dans une boîte à clés.La personne responsable est disponible via Whatsapp et répond rapidement à toutes questions.Le ménage est compris mais lors de notre arrivée il y avait encore passablement de sable sur les sols ainsi que sur la table du salon, sinon le reste tout nickel.Pourrait être un peu mieux effectué.Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wohnung: Ausstattung gut, nur leichte Abweichungen von den Fotos auf der Plattform (z.B. Plastiktisch auf Balkon, statt Massivholz). Einziger Mangel: KEIN W-lan. Das wurde meiner Ansicht nach nicht eindeutig kommuniziert. Handy Netzabdeckung ist aber gut. Ein Reiserouter funktionierte gut.Pool ist gut, wurde im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes aber etwas grün.Lage: Top: 2 Min in den Ort, max. 10 Min an den Strand. 15 Min mit dem Auto zum Le Clerc nach Mimizan. Auf dem Parkplatz vor der Anlage war ein Dauerkinderkarrussel aufgebaut, die Musik ist aber nicht sehr störend gewesen.Geruch: Je nach Windrichtung war ein deutlicher Geruch von der Papierfabrik in Mimizan wahrzunehmen. Der Wind stand bei uns aber günstig, daher hat man es nur selten gerochen. Könnte aber bei anderer Wetterlage stören.Klima: Für uns ideal. Tagsüber immer warm, auch bei bedecktem Himmel. Auch bei großer Hitze weht immer ein angenehmer Wind. Abends kühlt es sich immer ab und man kann daher sehr gut schlafen. Gastronomie: Muschelesser kommen wie immer auf Ihre Kosten. Ansonsten bietet die Gastronomie das, was in einem Tourismusort so angeboten wird. Hervorzuheben ist die enorme Auswahl an Eissorten in den zahlreichen Eisdielen. Die Preise sind angemessen und streckenweise günstiger, als zuhause. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Sprachlich ist es von Vorteil, wenn man etwas Französisch kann. Nur sehr wenige Einheimische sprechen Englisch oder gar Deutsch.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Mimizan plage.L’appartement est tres bien situé. A proximité du centre et de la plage. On peut tout faire à pieds. Ca c’est top. De belles ballades également à proximité.En revanche, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui n’était pas en état de fonctionnement La clim a également ses limitesMais au final, je recommande cet appartement.

Très bon sejour dans un appartement tres agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement proposé par Laur pendant 10 jours, pour l'arrivée nous avons beneficié d'une faveur pour arriver plus tôt ce qui nous a permis de faire la route de nuit ! Merci beaucoup L'appartement est complet il y a tout ce qui est annoncé dans l'annonce. Si nous devions revenir a Mimizan nous ne changerions pas de logement !

Très bon séjour

Un super séjour, et une situation idéale dans un appartement à 2 pas de la plage, très fonctionnel dans lequel il ne manque rien. Et merci également à la personne en charge de la gestion sur place très réactive aux messages (ce qui a été très rassurant pour une 1ere réservation via ce site). Une adresse à garder ;)

Découverte de Mimizan plage

Appartement, propre, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Très bien équipé, agréablement décoré, proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. On peut tout faire pied. Système de pompe à chaleur, avec chauffage / climatisation intégrés dans le plafond, confortable. Le plus de l'appartement, c'est la deuxième salle d'eau. Un bémol cependant, le lit (140x190) n'est pas très confortable et dénote par rapport au reste de l'aménagement d'autant que la chambre, très spacieuse, pourrait largement accueillir un Queen size avec une bonne literie. Mimizan est très dynamique, beaucoup d'activités sont proposées, tant pour les petits que pour les grands, la promenade fleurie au bord du lac de Mimizan / Aureilhan, pirogue hawaïenne, accrobranche, chasse au trésor, balades à vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables dont la Vélodyssée qui longe l'Atlantique dans la forêt sans oublier la plage. Parfait pour occuper les bambins et les ados... A noter, un petit désagrément, lorsque quelques effluves de la Papeterie de Mimizan bourg viennent parfois chatouiller nos narines. Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Un très bel appartement très bien équipé et décoré dans une résidence que nous connaissions déjà. Tout ce qu’il faut, mais peut-être un peu plus de vaisselle surtout quand il y a cinq personnes qui y séjournent serait le top. Quand à la place de parking qui est avec l’appartement c’est un plus mais souvent prise malheureusement car rien qui bloque cette place. Nous avons avons un bon séjour.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Makeln

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung die wirklich toll gelegen ist. Leider hat sie kein kostenfreies W-LAN obwohl es sogar mit Angabe der Geschwindigkeit in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Auf Nachfrage kam nur ein Schulterzucken. Die Klimaanlage in 3 Räumen funktionierte nicht, in zweien konnte das Problem gelöst werden, im dritten Raum blieb es bei ERRor. Von den vorhandenen Steckdosen funktionierten leider nur etwa 60%, besonders ärgerlich bei den Steckdosen am Bett. Wir hatten zum Glück aber Mehrfachstecker dabei. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr über den Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach gefreut. Die Betten waren allerdings nicht so bequem, die Matratzen waren uns zu hart. Das Doppelbett hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung so fürchterlich gequietscht, dass man sich kaum drehen mochte ohne den anderen aufzuwecken. Es gab zwei Bäder, was mit drei Frauen doch sehr gut war. Die Balkone waren auch sehr schön, wobei wir den kleineren eigentlich nur zum trocknen der Badesachen genutzt haben. Gelegen ist die Wohnung wirklich toll. Wir konnten das Auto teilweise tagelang stehen lassen weil der Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Nachtleben zu Fuß erreichbar war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, Soweit alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Toll die beiden Badezimmer. Check in ist verbesserungswürdig. Die Lage ist super.In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand oder im Ort. Bäcker und Supermarkt Markthalle quasi nur über die Strasse. Pool ist auch toll. Leider gibt es kein WLAN obwohl das laut Objektbeschreibung vorhanden sein sollte. Sonst ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil.
