Experience a piece of Milwaukee’s rich history at an outstanding location on the prestigious N. Lake Drive on the vibrant Eastside. Nestled amongst beautiful single family mansions, this very spacious property is sure to please. Minutes from Fiserv forum, Summerfest, downtown, Art Museum, Discovery World, Harley Davidson museum, and many other city attractions. Short walk to Bradford Beach, Veteran’s Park, Lake Park, restaurants, cafes, Whole Foods, and much more.
This property is over 4,100 sqft, and spread over three floors. It has 6 large size bedrooms with doors, 3 full baths, 1 half bath. We have just one bed per bedroom, so you'll have privacy and plenty of space to enjoy. First floor has very spacious entry room, living room, open concept kitchen & dining room, and a half bath. Second floor has three bedrooms, master bathroom, and a hallway full bathroom. Third floor has 3 bedrooms, a hallway full bathroom, and a very large open area.
* Self Check in & Check out using the back or front door smart locks.
Kitchen - A very spacious gourmet kitchen loaded with cooking utensils, cooking essentials, dish ware & cutlery, dishwasher etc. It has a large island with bar and 4 stools. Fully stocked coffee bar with sugar, creamer, coffee pods, Keurig, Mr. Coffee machine.
Dining room - Very spacious and open concept. Gorgeous dining table comfortably seats 8, bar seats 4, and plenty of more room to accomodate additional diners if need be. Fitted with a TV on a gorgeous electric fireplace.
Living room - Very spacious, furnished with couches and a TV on a gorgeous electric fireplace.
Six large Bedrooms (with doors): Just one bed per bedroom. Master bedroom has a gorgeous King bed, the other 5 bedrooms have queen beds. All mattresses are high quality, memory foam, and fully encased in quality waterproof encasements to promise hygiene. All bedrooms fitted with TVs, white noise machines, table lamps etc.
Family and Kid friendly - Baby dining high chair, a crib (along with sheets), play pen, bath tub included .
Laundry - Washer and dryer included.

Weekend getaway girls trip
This was the perfect place to host a weekend getaway! We had 12 girls and plenty of room. Location was perfect, everything was less than 2 miles away. Overall good experience and would recommend to anyone with a large group wanting to venture to downtown Milwaukee.

Family Reunion in Milwaukee
We spent 5 lovely days here with 6 family members. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood.

Perfect Acommodation
For the last several years our college friends have gotten together at VRBO’s and we found this to be the best. The house was very roomy and easily handled our group very comfortably including the dining area. All the beds were comfortable in nice clean rooms.Plenty of bathrooms AND there was adequate hot water for everyone to have warm showers.Great location for lake access and for the neighborhood.Looking forward to returning next year.

This three-story old-rich building in one of the coolest neighborhoods of Milwaukee is a great option for those seeking a nice space for a short vacation. We had elders and a child and all we’re more than happy with the accommodations.
