Stay in this cozy studio garden apartment located in the eclectic Riverwest neighborhood! Located within a block of neighborhood staples like Art Bar and Café Corazon and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown, this is the perfect spot for any visit to the Good Land! The studio garden apartment boasts exposed brick from when the house was originally built in 1909, and has subtle artistic draws with the custom poured floors. Make yourself at home while you get work done at the built in desk, or hangout and watch the newest movies on the Apple TV (w/YouTube TV). Interested in cooking up a storm in the kitchen? Do so in the fully stocked kitchen with an air fryer/toaster oven combo and stovetop. Enjoy a double showerhead shower after a day of exploring MKE. **There is no AC, but due to the nature of the unit being a garden apartment, cool temps are maintained year-round** Ample street parking is available. Guest access - Guests will use the back door (with code) for access. We live right upstairs in the upper unit! Feel free to text or call Ryan. We would love to chat and share our favorite spots around the neighborhood and the city! Driving - - 9 minute drive to Historic Third Ward - 10 minute drive to Summerfest grounds - 11 minute drive to Amfam Baseball Stadium & Fiserv Forum Buck Arena Walking - - Black Husky Brewery - Wonderland - Nessum Dorma - Centro Cafe - Riverwest Pizza - Colectivo Cafe - And Riverwest's MANY awesome corner bars. My husband and I enjoyed this place very much. It had everything we needed. Would’ve liked to explore the neighborhood more, as it looked very nice, but it was a very rainy day.

Cozy apartment in a spectacular location

My boyfriend and l love to bike. This VRBO was in a lovely neighborhood 1 mile from an amazing bike path that led durectly to Veterans Park...the venue for a two day concert we were in town for. The VRBO was listed for a price per night, with all the amenities of home, in a location that allowed us to bike throughout downtown Milwaukee with little trouble and without the stress of parking or the cost of Uber. We'd happily rent again for future visits.
