"The house was just as advertised. Beautiful, spacious, and just a few homes down from the beach. It was the perfect anniversary staycation for our family and the best added bonus of the fenced in yard to bring our dog! "

"It was ok. We had 3 pillows on our bed. Just enough for my fiancé so I called the front desk for 2 pillows. They responded saying they would bring some up. We fell asleep with what we had after traveling. I woke up to find texts 1 1/2 hours after my initial request. They knocked and left. The room was clean with a better than average continental breakfast. Later in the stay, their coffee maker was out of order so they had Dunkin’ Donuts coffee instead. "

"With a snow storm imminent, my host made sure I would get thru it safely by providing a snow shovel and salt for the stairs. For an area that doesn't get much snow, this was very helpful. "

"Joanne is a great host with very good communication. The house is cozy, and was decorated for the season with a little Christmas tree. The mini split units both upstairs and downstairs made climate control easy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our host, Joshua, was fantastic! He communicated everything necessary in a timely manner and the few times I had a question, he responded within minutes and was warm and welcoming always. The house was lovely and comfortable. It felt very spacious while also feeling cozy. My son definitely enjoyed having his own “apartment” on the second floor. That’s its own space with a bed, bathroom and living area with a TV and a door to close yourself off from the downstairs. He was in heaven. The yard was lush and green and huge. We could have played a football game on it. And there was a very nice patio out back with a grill, a fire pit and a table and chairs.The area is great! We loved the beach, it was beautiful, and the trail near the house. And we found some great paces to eat nearby.All-in-all it was a great trip and we will definitely be returning to Lewes and Joshua’s Coastal Cottage."

"Carrie was super responsive and took care of our every request. Her cottage was adorable and very well stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking needs. Bedrooms had extra linens, blankets. Super nice. And dog bowls and blankets! Beach was very natural and not crowded. Carrie provides beach chairs, too. Super close to walk to the beach."
