"Booked 3 nights last minute for a family member travelling alone and needed to cancel the next day due to a family emergency. Unable to do so as there was Zero refund with no consideration. This caused significant stress and a financial burden. Not impressed at all; I don’t care what the ‘policy’ was. This is not how you treat people."

"Welcoming host. Quiet street. Near major streets and highway access. Very comfortable bed, pillows & sofa. Lots of towels. Extremely clean bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave ready for use, with good mix of utensils & cutlery. Large closet. And if you like yoga/stretching, lots of room to move. 3 night stay and had everything that I needed. Highly recommend. "

"the kitchen is incredibly stocked, so it was very easy to cook food grocery bought meals. Also a very comfortable-looking room. Some of the things provided in the room were expired, but otherwise a good range of tea, snacks. Could hear people upstairs, but primarily when going to the washroom, otherwise it was manageable. It was lovely staying here, and would definitely consider coming back!"

"We notified the owner on 3 key issues: mold in bathroom, bathroom fixture (brokenthe shower) & couch never vacuumed. There is more that I wrote to correct: never heard back from her. The wobbly kitchen table unable to correct, gate entry too high to reach, no notifications on how to find local items, TV could not be changed to ENGLISH, including cable. Foreign language Punjab there as well. Toothpaste dispenser in bathroom filthy, Windex never used on mirror. Parking for vehicle extremely confusing….either local regulations never explained as well as where to park.(had to ask owner exactly where). Place was spacious & never used kitchen. Was unhinged about bathroom to either consider using the kitchen. Never would consider again. Fireplace only for show, does not work. "

"Great little insanely clean,comfy apartment. Directions to find it really easy and correct. The house and huge lot are not sending out inviting vibes, but the apartment itself is so sweet and charming. And did I mention clean? Very pet friendly but yard not fenced, so keep a dog on a lead.
